Reap Benefit is a pioneering non-profit igniting a movement of young changemakers, known as Solve Ninjas, to transform civic and climate leadership across India. By 2030, it aims to mobilize 10 million first-mile Solve Ninjas, empowering youth to tackle hyper-local environmental and governance challenges—from waste and water to air quality and public innovation—through data-driven action, creative problem-solving, and community leadership.

Reap Benefit’s approach combines hands-on grassroots programs, open-source technology platforms like “Samaaja,” and a strong mentor network, fostering peer learning and scalable local campaigns. Solve Ninjas have already delivered tens of thousands of civic actions, conserved millions of liters of water, diverted waste, and influenced government policy, Reap Benefit champions youth agency, building resilient communities
