In a world increasingly consumed by conflict, climate change is being pushed into the
margins. From Russia and Ukraine to Israel and Palestine, from Cambodia to South Asia,
wars and divisions continue to deepen while the climate crisis receives less attention.
Trillions have already been spent on war and destruction, while frameworks like Baku-toBelem are still struggling to secure basic finance and support for survival.
This event will provide a space to pause, to reflect, and to ask where our global priorities
